What can my kids and I expect at Calvary while visiting?

When you first walk into Calvary you will be welcomed by our amazing greeters.

If you have kids between ages 0-12 you can take a left and head down the stairs to sign them in. There you will be greeted by either myself (Pastor Aniesa) or one of our other fantastic leaders. We will guide you through checking in your child and then show your child to their respective room. From there they will enjoy their own service that is geared towards their age demographic. Filled with worship, a lesson, snack time*, and games. After service is done upstairs you will return downstairs to come and pick up your child.

*Please let us know when checking in your child if they have any allergies or food sensitivities. We have snacks that are nut free, gluten free, and vegan.

When checking your child in we will guide you through creating a file for them where basic information like name, date of birth, parents names, parents contact information, and allergies is collected.

Then, 2 tags will be printed out. The first is a name tag that will be put on your child and the second is a tag with a code on it that you will take. This code corresponds with the one on the right-hand side of your child’s name tag which is used for sign out at the end of service.

If your child is under the age of 5 you will also be given a pager. If this pager starts buzzing during service this means to return downstairs as your child needs attending to.

The nursery is open downstairs for kids ages 0-2.

The nursery is also open to moms who needs somewhere to sit with their child(ren), who aren’t able to sit in the service with them.

Our leaders will note who is in the room for safety reasons. The service is streamed downstairs to this room so you can watch along with those upstairs.
